- Regular exercise
- Develop structure and routine in your life

- Take deep breaths to help calm you down
- Eliminate pain relieving drugs and excessive alcohol use
- Utilise lunch breaks, weekends and holiday periods – relax!
- Spend time with family and friends
- Speak to someone about your stress (family, friends, counsellor)
- Think positively
